Phoenix Telecom Solutions provides New and Reuse equipment to our global customer base. Both New and Reuse equipment is built by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and our Reuse equipment is tested and classified as either de-installed out of service, refurbished or new surplus.

New equipment comes with the OEM warranty which is passed on to our customers and our Reuse and Refurbished equipment comes with up to a 36 month warranty. Phoenix also offers extended warranties on most of the products which can extend your protection up to 60 months.
