Phoenix Telecom Solutions, Inc. has moved its company's headquarters to Irvine, CA.  The new offices are located in the prestigious Irvine Technology Center. Phoenix plans to continue operating its Santa Ana, CA facility as its west coast technical distribution center. The new company headquarters provides Phoenix with the ideal location to grow its telecommunications life cycle management solutions business.
