specific Maintenance Solutions to improve network

Below is a partial list of Maintenance Solutions
available:
Repair and Exchange Services
Phoenix
supports both factory new and legacy equipment. Our
average turn around time (TAT) is less than 14 days
on equipment repaired and less than 3 days on
exchanged products. Our repair services cover
switching, transport, power, data, wireless BTS & BSC and Microwave Radios. Equipment is repaired
internally and through our Certified Partners.
Standard warranty is six months on all repairs and
12 months on exchanges. Contact Phoenix today and

Redeployment of Assets
We understand that operator’s networks are always
changing and the need to redeploy certain assets is
one way to reduce capital expenditures and improve
standardization within the network. Phoenix works
very closely with both OEM’s and Carriers to
decommission, package, transport, test, reload
customer provided software and redeploy networks
across the Globe.
On Site Technicians
Having enough internal resources to manage network
operations at times can be a challenge to Carriers &
OEMs. As result,

has partnered with leading
“Tech-Power” agencies to provide these services to
our customers.

not easily forecasted, and as a result, current
